AI use at Seven Starling

We may use artificial intelligence (AI) to help analyze information you submit regarding patient communications, questions, and requests. AI assists our healthcare providers and staff but does not replace their judgment. AI may process your correspondence, medical records, test results, and related material within secure, HIPAA-compliant systems. Some AI services are provided by qualified third-party vendors under strict privacy agreements. All AI content is reviewed by human professionals. 

We may also use AI to transcribe your care sessions and assist with clinical documentation, helping us provide you with more attentive, high-quality care. All notes are reviewed and approved by your clinician before entering your medical record. You may decline this use of the AI Scribe feature at any time by notifying your provider at your appointment, without affecting your access to care.
