Viewing and managing your in-app journey stage program content
What are Journey Stages?
At Seven Starling, we use a journey-based approach to care. As part of our holistic care model, you’ll have access to extensive and interactive in-app content specific to the unique journey stage you’re in right now.
Seven Starling currently offers the following journey stage programs:
Fertility
Pregnancy
Perinatal Loss
Postpartum (0 - 2 years)
Early Parenthood (2 - 5 years)
Perimenopause (any time period while experiencing symptoms)
Menopause (0 - 2 years)
Our in-app journey stage programs are designed to provide you with ongoing support alongside your live virtual sessions with your providers – that’s because we believe that what you do in between sessions is just as important as what happens in-session. Practicing skills, utilizing the in-app programs, and connecting with others in group therapy helps your learnings and insights take root and strengthens your progress.
The journey stage programs are split into modules, and each module contains 2-3 interactive exercises. These modules nest within our Seven Seasons framework, where the Seven Seasons represent common emotional and developmental themes in your journey.
Learn more about the Seven Seasons here or explore them in your account under “Programs”.
You may request in-app program content to be added or removed from your account at any time – simply reach out to support@sevenstarling.com with your request.
