Who Seven Starling Is Designed For

Seven Starling specializes in mental health care for people navigating some of life's most profound experiences.

We support individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, or trauma related to:

• Fertility journey and challenges 
• Perinatal loss
• Termination
• Pregnancy and Prenatal Care
• Postpartum (up to 2 years)
• Early parenthood (children ages 2- 5 years)
• Perimenopause
• Menopause (up to 2 years)

To join Seven Starling, you must be 18 or older and currently live in a state we serve. Not sure if we're available in your area? Book a free phone consultation with one of our Care Coordinators — they'll check your location and help you understand your insurance benefits at no cost to you.

Is Seven Starling the Right Fit?

We're committed to making sure every person receives the care that's truly best for them. With that in mind, Seven Starling is not a good fit if you:

• Are looking for emergency support
• Have a history of Schizophrenia, Psychosis, or Bipolar Disorder
