Your Membership at Seven Starling
Your membership at Seven Starling gives you access to your specialized care team, access to appointments without a waitlist, and a curated library of interactive resources in your account
As detailed in your Member Agreement, membership at Seven Starling is auto-recurring on a monthly basis (depending on your plan and if you pay a membership fee). Your billing cycle date is the day of the month you sign up for care and purchase your initial membership fee (i.e. the 12th of each month).
For memberships purchased on the last day of the month, memberships will continue to renew on the last day of each month that is shorter than the month of sign up.
Memberships can be cancelled at any time prior to the next billing cycle. Cancellation must be requested in writing to support@sevenstarling.com.
Memberships remain active and will automatically renew until a cancellation is received in writing, regardless of appointment history. Please note that we are not able to offer refunds for memberships.
Please also note that canceling your appointments does not automatically cancel your membership.

Viewing your billing cycle date and your membership history
- Log in to your Patient Portal on a desktop computer.
Please note: billing functionality is not available in our mobile app at this time.
- Select the Open App icon to be redirected to your dashboard.
- Go to the Billing section and select Payments.
- Under the payments section, look for your active enrollment (e.g., "Therapy - Individual & Group"
