Cancel your subscription anytime, no questions asked.
Let us know you would like to cancel your membership by emailing us at support@sevenstarling.com.
If you have future appointments scheduled, please indicate in your email to us whether or not you'd like to keep or cancel those future appointments.
Please note that accounts remain open until cancellation is requested via email to our Care Support team at support@sevenstarling.com.
Important things to know:
- Appointments vs. Membership: Canceling your appointments does not automatically cancel your membership. You must email support to stop recurring billing.
- Timeline: Your account remains open and auto-renews until a cancellation email is received. This ensures you have continued access to your Care Team and in-app resources until your request is processed.
Can I get a refund of my membership?
Memberships can be cancelled at any time for any reason. We are not able to offer refunds for memberships. Ensuring your continued access to high quality care is our top priority. During the duration of your membership, your holistic care team is made available to you and you have access to the benefits and resources within the Seven Starling app. If you wish to change your plan to better suit your needs or cancel it, we'd be happy to help!
