Your Seven Starling Care Team (Providers)

At Seven Starling, we take a collaborative approach to your mental health care. Your Care Team may consist of an individual therapist, a group therapist, and a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner. While all are dedicated to your well-being, each offers a different type of support:

Your Individual Therapist

Our therapists are masters-level clinicians with experience supporting patients through your unique journey. Upon starting your care, we’ll book your ongoing individual therapy sessions with your individual therapist. 

• Credentials: All Seven Starling therapists are masters level experienced clinicians who are licensed marriage and family therapists (LMFT), licensed clinical social workers (LCSW) or licensed professional therapists (LPC). 
• Vetting: Our Clinical Leadership team carefully selects each provider based on their experience and dedication to our mission. Our therapists have been qualified and certified by their state of licensure after completion of the necessary education, exams, and training. 

Your Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP)

Our Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners are licensed medical providers with specific experience supporting patients throughout their Seven Starling journey.

• Credentials: Each PMHNP is a fully-licensed professional
• Focus: PMHNPs handle medical evaluations, ongoing care, and medication management.
• Role: When you join our medical program you will be provided with a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner (PMHNP) who specializes in women’s mental health care. Your PMHNP will conduct a comprehensive intake to fully assess your needs and create a personalized treatment plan. 

Your Group Therapist: 

Your group therapist is an experienced clinician who is trained in the Seven Starling group therapy method. Your group therapist is trained in the Seven Starling group method, which follows a trauma-informed care approach.

How do I view my Provider Bios?

To learn more about your providers, follow these simple steps:

1. Log in to your account at portal.sevenstarling.com.
2. Navigate to your "Care Team" section on the home page.
3. Select the provider whose bio you would like to view.
4. Click "View Provider Bio," located just below the "Schedule New Appointment" button.

A window will then pop up with your provider’s full background and information!
