Contacting Your Provider(s)
If you need any assistance throughout your care journey, we encourage you to reach out to our Care Support team at support@sevenstarling.com.
Our in-app chat is designed for any quick administrative requests. In-app chat messages are not intended for emergency situations or clinical questions. At this time, the chat feature is only available for your individual therapist and group therapist.
To send a chat to your individual or group therapist:
- Visit portal.sevenstarling.com
- Log into your account
- Select ‘Open App’ at the bottom of the home page
- Click the chat icon (two chat bubbles)
- Select your therapist provider
- Type your message in the text box.
Please note that direct messaging with your nurse practitioner is not currently available. We are actively exploring options to enhance how you connect with your medical provider in the future.
We always advise making an appointment with your provider if you have questions about your clinical care, need a prescription refill, or need further assistance. This ensures our patients receive the safest and most comprehensive care on our platform. You can always email support at support@sevenstarling.com for non medical assistance.
