Logging into your account

How to log-in to your account:

You can access your Seven Starling account by visiting: Portal.SevenStarling.com.

To log in, you have two options:

  • Login with the email and password you created at sign-up.
  • Click the “Request One-Time Access Link” at the bottom. 

I am having trouble logging into my account.


If you are having difficulty accessing your account, please try the following steps:

  • Request an Access Code: The fastest way to login is to request an access code. On the login page, enter the email address associated with your account. We will send a secure access code to your email inbox to help you sign-in.
  • Reset Your Password: If you prefer to log in with a password and have forgotten it, go to home.sevenstarling.com and select Forgot Password to receive a reset link.
  • Verify Your Email: If you aren't receiving codes or reset links, you may be using a different email than the one used at signup. If you've forgotten which email you used, contact us at support@sevenstarling.com.
