Updating your payment method

Changing or Updating your Payment Method

  1. From a desktop computer, log into your portal (portal.sevenstarling.com).
  2. Select Open App on the home screen
  3. Once in the app, click the Settings icon in the top right corner
  4. Select "Update Payment Method"
  5. Select Edit and add new payment information

Please note: billing functionality is not available in our mobile app at this time.

Log into your Patient Portal Account and select "Open App"
Click the settings icon and select "Update Payment Method
Enter your payment details by editing the current payment method or adding a new one.
