How to view your billing history in your account
- Log in to your Patient Portal on a desktop computer
- (Please note: billing functionality is not yet available in our mobile app at this time)
- Select the Open App icon to be redirected to your dashboard
- Go to the Billing section and select Payments to view your payment history
How to request a balance statement
A balance statement reflects all charges and refunds processed on your account. To request a balance statement, please email support@sevenstarling.com with “Balance Statement Request” in the subject line, and our team will provide this within 1-3 business days.
Recurring Billing
Your Seven Starling membership auto-renews monthly on the anniversary of your initial sign-up date and purchase. For example, if your first membership payment was January 3rd, your next payment will be processed on February 3rd.
