Managing your appointments: booking, cancelling and rescheduling
How do I book an appointment?
- Log in to your account at portal.sevenstarling.com.
- From your Care Team, select the provider you wish to schedule an appointment with
- Select Schedule New Appointment
- Choose your preferred date and time from the calendar.
- Click Confirm Booking to schedule the appointment.
How do I reschedule an appointment?
- Log in to your account at portal.sevenstarling.com.
- Click the View Appointments button on your main dashboard.
- Click on the specific appointment you wish to change.
- Select the Reschedule button.
- Choose your new preferred date and time from the calendar.
- Choose the reason for the reschedule from the dropdown menu.
- Click Confirm Booking to finalize the change.
How do I cancel an appointment?
- Log in to your account at portal.sevenstarling.com.
- Click the View Appointments button on your main dashboard.
- Click on the specific appointment you wish to change.
- Select the Cancel button.
- Choose the reason for the cancellation from the dropdown menu.
- Click Confirm Cancel to update your schedule.

How to Change Your Recurring Appointment Series
If your schedule changes and you need to adjust your ongoing session cadence or times, you can manage this directly through your Patient Portal.
Note: To change an entire recurring series, you must first stop/cancel your current series and then book a new one with your preferred timing.
Stop your current recurring series
- Log in to your account at portal.sevenstarling.com.
- Click the View Appointments button on your main dashboard.
- Locate your active recurring series and select Stop auto-booking.
- Choose your cancellation preference:
- Stop auto-booking any future appointments: Keeps sessions already on the calendar but stops new ones from being added.
- Stop auto-booking and cancel all appointments: Removes all upcoming sessions in the series immediately.
- Select a reason for the cancellation from the dropdown menu and click Confirm Cancel.
Schedule your new series
- From your main portal dashboard, select your individual therapist under Your Care Team.
- Select Schedule New Appointment
- Select your new preferred appointment time.
- Under "How would you like to book this appointment?", select Book a recurring appointment series.
- Choose your cadence (Weekly, Every other week, or Every 4 weeks).
- Click Confirm Time.
