Group therapy at Seven Starling
What is group therapy?
Group therapy is a form of psychotherapy in which a small group of participants meet to discuss their experiences with a licensed therapist. Groups are a safe space to find support and connection with other women on the same journey. In each session, your group therapist will share educational and self care tools and you'll have the option to discuss your experience or just listen.

How am I matched to a group therapy group?
If you opt-in to group therapy, you are matched with your group up to 10 other members based on what you're currently experiencing (e.g., pregnancy, postpartum, experiencing loss). We do our best to schedule you into a group that meets your scheduling requests noted in your initial intake forms.
