After you sign up for care at Seven Starling, we’ll ask you a few additional questions about your therapy goals, mental health history, and preferred times for sessions. We’ll use this information to match you with a licensed therapist and book your sessions. 

We’re proud to share that 98% of Seven Starling members stay with their first match – nonetheless, if you don’t feel like your provider is the right fit for you, please reach out to us at support@sevenstarling.com to share your feedback and request a rematch.

How long does it take to get matched with a therapist?

On average, it takes 1-2 business days to be matched with your care team, once your intake forms are completed in full.

You will receive a match email from support@sevenstarling.com and a text message notifying you about your match and booked appointments following your quote of benefits email.
