Session Requirements & Attendance

How long are sessions?

  • Therapy (Individual & Group): Scheduled for 55 minutes.
  • Initial Medical Evaluation: Scheduled for up to 55 minutes.
  • Medical Follow-ups: Scheduled for up to 30 minutes.

Important: If you are unable to stay for the full duration of your scheduled appointment, please notify your provider. The minimum amount of time a session can occur is 16 minutes, so if you are unable to attend for at least 16 minutes, the session will be considered a late cancellation.


Where can I take my sessions?

You must be in a quiet, private setting. For safety and privacy, your provider cannot conduct the session if you are:

  • In a moving vehicle (driver or passenger).
  • In another meeting or appointment.
  • In a public social setting.
  • Out of State or Out of the Country: You must be in the state listed on your ID (unless a signed alternate location attestation form is on file) for your sessions. If you are located out-of-state when you log in to your session, this will be considered a late cancellation.

If you log in to your session and any of the above apply, it will qualify as a late cancellation.


What if I'm running late to my appointment?

Your provider will wait 15 minutes on Zoom for you to arrive. If you do not arrive within 15 minutes of your appointment start time, the session is considered a no-show.
