What do I do if my insurance changes?
Please upload photos of the front and back of your new insurance card directly to your Seven Starling account under “Documents”. Then, email support@sevenstarling.com to notify us about your new insurance. Our team will verify your new insurance and provide a new cost estimate for your care via email within 1-3 business days of receipt of your email.
If your current provider is not in-network with your new insurance, we’ll work with you to find the best way to continue your care, which may be transitioning your care to a new provider who is in-network with your plan or sharing our self-pay rates.
If you no longer have insurance, please notify us at support@sevenstarling.com, and we can share our self-pay rates and help you continue your ongoing care, if desired.
How to upload your insurance card photos:
On Mobile:
- Log in to your Patient Portal.
- Select the Open App icon to be redirected to your dashboard.
- Tap the menu icon (three lines) in the top left corner of your home screen.
- Select the Documents tab
- Tap the + icon
- Choose Document, then upload an existing file or photo from your device—or take a new picture.
- Title your document and submit.
On Web Browser:
- Log in to your Patient Portal.
- Select the Open App icon to be redirected to your dashboard.
- Select the "Documents" tab.
- Click the "Add Document” button
- Select the document to upload to upload an existing file or photo from your device, or take a new picture.
- Click "Upload."
Please note: Documents can only be uploaded one at a time. If you need to submit multiple documents, simply repeat these steps for each one.
